The Work

I use therapeutic massage, myofascial work, sports massage, TMJ/jaw-focused techniques, structural integration, cupping, and other recovery tools because having options allows me to respond to what's actually happening in front of me.I believe good bodywork is about more than technique. People do best when they feel cared for and understood. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I do everything in my power to make sure they never question that.
